Project Summary
In partnership with Interamar and JLL—and in collaboration with Schott Design Group and leasing agent Colliers International—we transformed the dated lobby at 9100 Keystone Crossing into a modern, welcoming environment. The project included a comprehensive tenant amenity center featuring a fitness center with private restrooms, a sauna and steam shower, conference and meeting rooms, and open workspaces. This design-build-intensive renovation required extensive coordination among the design team and multiple trades to seamlessly integrate the new spaces, building systems, and high-end finishes.
