Project Summary
Burnside executed a full design/build lawn amenity project in partnership with Rubenstein Partners at Carmel Gateway. The project included major site improvements, hardscaping, landscaping, outdoor gathering areas, and supporting infrastructure. The work required close coordination with ownership, design partners, subcontractors, utilities, and the City of Carmel, particularly as the project tied into the adjacent College Avenue roundabout improvements. Burnside helped ensure the private site improvements integrated seamlessly with public infrastructure, campus circulation, access, drainage, and the overall site plan.
