Burnside partnered with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) to deliver a comprehensive tenant improvement project in collaboration with Studio M and JLL. Working alongside the design and construction management teams, Burnside helped bring the project from planning and coordination through construction and final turnover. Our team remained focused on quality, communication, budget, and schedule throughout the process, delivering a functional, polished space tailored to CEC’s needs.
